Annual Update - FY 2025–26
From Parts to Production: Strengthening Our Manufacturing Capabilities
FY 2025–26 has been a year of transition and scale for Mech Power. Over the past year, we have focused on strengthening our capabilities and aligning our approach more closely with the evolving needs of modern manufacturing.
A Shift Towards Parts Manufacturing
This year, we consciously expanded our positioning from being primarily associated with enclosures to a broader focus on custom parts manufacturing.
This shift was supported by our rebranding to “Parts Made Right”, reflecting our commitment to delivering reliable, production-ready parts across multiple manufacturing processes. Alongside this, we updated our website, communication, and digital platforms to better represent our capabilities.

Strengthening Capabilities & Digital Tools
A key focus area this year was improving both manufacturing capabilities and customer experience.
We introduced Vis2, our 3D visualiser, enabling customers to view their designs in 3D and identify basic manufacturability considerations at an early stage. This helps bring more clarity before production begins.
We also expanded our Instant Quote platform by introducing it for sheet metal cutting and bending, allowing customers to move faster from design to production.
At the same time, we continued strengthening our core capabilities under one roof:
2) 3D Printing
This integrated approach allows us to support customers across different stages of product development.

Growth in Scale and Reach
As a result of these efforts, we saw strong growth during the year.
1) 1370+ parts manufactured
2) 300+ customers served across industries
3) 74% growth compared to last year
We also maintained a strong customer base, with 80%+ repeat customers, reflecting continued trust in our capabilities.
Our work spanned across industries such as Industrial Machinery & Automation, Consumer Electronics, IoT, Automotive, Energy & Power, Healthcare & Diagnostics, and Dairy.
We also strengthened our market presence by participating in 5+ industry exhibitions during the year.

Operational Learnings & Challenges
As we scaled, managing lead times became more critical, especially in a low-volume, high-mix environment, where customization requirements are high.
In such scenarios, balancing speed with precision requires stronger planning and closer coordination between design and production. Over the past year, we have made steady improvements in production planning, while continuing to refine our internal processes.
Key Developments
One of the notable additions this year was the launch of our Aluminium Extruded Enclosure range, expanding our product and application capabilities.

What’s Next (FY 2026–27)
As we move into the next year, our focus will be on improving speed, expanding digital capabilities, and strengthening our manufacturing ecosystem.
Key priorities include:
Expanding Instant Quote capabilities:
Sheet metal fabrication with welding and assemblies
CNC machining (planned launch in May)
Launching the QRE (Query Resolution Engine) to help customers manage and respond to engineering queries seamlessly through the portal
Improving lead times through better planning and process optimization
Expanding our presence across key industries such as EV, industrial, and electronics

Closing Note
Over the past year, we have seen how aligning design, manufacturing, and digital tools can significantly improve the speed and quality of product development.
As we move forward, our focus remains on helping customers move from design to production with greater clarity, speed, and confidence.
At Mech Power, we will continue building systems and capabilities that support this journey.
Parts Made Right.
